- Contact messages: name, email, phone and your message.
- Technical data: the page address from which a form was sent. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
2. Why we use it
- To review your profile and match you with suitable overseas vacancies.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your application or enquiry.
- To share your profile with overseas employers or their representatives when you are being considered for a vacancy.
- To respond to employer and general enquiries and to improve our service.
3. Consent
When you submit a form you consent to us processing the information you provide for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (see section 8).
4. Where your information is stored
Form data and uploaded resumes are stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive accounts controlled by Devan Enterprises. Google acts as our service provider. Access is limited to our recruitment team.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with overseas employers, their recruitment partners and authorities where needed for a recruitment, and with service providers who help us run the website and our communications. Employers abroad may be subject to different data protection laws.
6. How long we keep it
We keep candidate profiles and resumes for as long as needed for recruitment purposes, and then delete them or on request, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. Please do not send documents such as passport copies through the website forms; we will tell you when and how to share them safely.
8. Your choices
